 "Then there was J Truffles. I’m not the biggest truffle fan but these were not your usual truffles … not the sturdy creamy centers of normal truffles, but gooey and creamy ganache-y centers. They had a perfect caramel to cream ratio. The best truffles were the Limoncello and the Magma 65 Dark. Also they were cleverly shaped and detailed like pyramids … truly amazing in taste and looks. One looked like the monument at Chichen Itza."
