Shipping Policies

JTruffles ships exclusively with FedEx. We offer Overnight, 2nd Day Air, Express Saver, and Ground service. April through October, we pack all of our chocolate in a cooler with ice packs. As a result, shipping rates will be higher during this time. During this period, we do not ship Ground outside of Washington State and recommend using 2nd Day Air service to warmer states. This is to make sure your chocolate stays fresh in transit. Customers living in Washington State can ship using Ground service year round.

Apologies, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or to international addresses.

FedEx does not recognize Saturday and Sunday as “time in transit.” To avoid orders sitting over the weekend, we do not ship Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Please allow for extra time in shipping over the weekend or on a holiday when choosing your shipping method.
